Sheringham Distillery was founded in 2015 by husband and wife team Jason & Alayne MacIsaac. Lumette! is for cocktail lovers who decide to skip the alcohol for their own reasons and is meant to be served in a cocktail like a Gin and Tonic, Clover Club or other spirit based mixed drink, and not enjoyed neat.
