Sovi got its start in California when the owners (a wine lover and a risk-taking sommelier) decided to step away from their day jobs in the wine industry in Napa to pursue their latest dream of making a high quality, non-alcoholic wine. Their mission: to create a wine they would drink and so would their friends - a wine that was inspired by people with a heart for wine and a craving for inclusion.
At the end of the day, they had one goal in mind: to offer consumers a refreshing, non-alcoholic wine without compromising flavor or experience. In doing so, they hope to lead the industry in offering quality, non-alcoholic options for consumers that look and taste up to the level of their alcoholic peers. Novel idea? Maybe not. An idea that’s long overdue? They think so! It’s a game changer.
