Not Wasted ships orders of non-alcoholic drinks Canada-wide, year-round! But shipping non-alcoholic beverages in cold weather conditions can pose challenges.

We keep a close eye on weather forecasts during the winter and take special care to package orders so that they arrive safely, but weather-related delays and damages may occur. Not Wasted's primary goal is to always provide excellent customer service, so we'll reach out about orders during winter weather conditions to see what works best for you. *Not Wasted will reach out for customer approval before shipping orders and provide options to ensure the safe delivery of your order. After customer approval for shipping in winter weather conditions, Not Wasted is not responsible for damages to products, although we will always do our best to prevent any possible damages.

*Orders of non-alcoholic wine, spirits, and beer are more susceptible to freezing or breaking in low temperatures, especially during December - February. Orders shipped over long distances or to colder areas such as Yukon, Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Atlantic Canada may be more at-risk of cold-related damages.

*Local deliveries to Calgary and surrounding areas are not affected by winter weather conditions.
