CREATE YOUR OWN NEGRONI SBAGLIATO

With:

Wilfred’s Aperitif Bitter Spritz (500 ml bottle)

Undone Red Vermouth (750 ml bottle)

Odd Bird Spumante (750 ml bottle)

Ingredients:

1 oz Wilfred’s Aperitif Bitter Spritz

1 oz Undone Not Red Vermouth

4 oz Odd Bird Spumante

*Add a large ice cube to a rocks glass and pour in the Wilfred’s and Undone, and stir gently. Top up with Odd Bird Spumante and garnish with a twist of orange.
